According to the Law on Electronic Signature, the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development, Higher Education and Information Society maintains the Register of Certification Bodies in the Republic of Srpska. Certification bodies that issue qualified electronic certificates are entered in this Register. Regulations on the procedure for issuing permits and registration in the Register of Certification Bodies for issuing qualified electronic certificates prescribes the procedure for issuing permits, application forms and the necessary attachments to the application.
