Born on September 5, 1974, in Šamac.
Completed primary school in Donja Dubica, Odžak Municipality and secondary school in Šamac and Bijeljina.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka in 1999. Passed the professional examination at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia in 2003 and bar examination in 2004. Obtained a master's degree in law in 2013 and a doctorate title in law in 2018.
Since 1999 had a lawyer’s practice and had independent law practice in Šamac from 2004 to 2008.
In two terms, has been elected the Mayor of the Municipality of Šamac (2008–2016).
From 2017 to 2020, he held the position of Director of the Agency for Agrarian Payments at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska.
From 2020 to 2022 occupied the position of the Director of "Kaldera Company" d.o.o. Laktaši.
Served as the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska.
He is currently the Chairman of the Hunting Association of the Republic of Srpska and organizes and participates in many sports and cultural events.
He participated in the Homeland War and was a member of the Army of the Republic of Srpska.
