1. Chief of the Bureau

Job description: Directly monitors the work of the Government and informs the media and the public about the Government’s activities; organizes and runs press conferences of the Prime Minister; prepares information and Government’s press releases and responds to the media; coordinates work of the PR people, provides the professional assistance and ensures the improvement of the procedures and quality of the communication; provides timely information about the Prime Minister’s activities; schedules and monitors interviews with the Prime Minister; selects information for the Government’s web site and updates; contacts media when necessary; organizes the work of the Bureau, assigns duties, monitors the way and time of their implementation, provides expertise and looks after the training of the employees; co-signs the legal acts signed by the Government’s Secretary within the Bureau’s jurisdiction; carries out other duties following orders given by the Prime Minister and Government’s Secretary.

2. Senior PR officer

Job description: Monitors and informs the public about the activities of the Government, Prime Minister and other Government members on a daily basis; monitors the publications about the Government and prepares responds; prepares press releases and news and updates the Government’s web site; takes part in drafting of the activity plans in ministries and Government; contacts the media and journalists; edits all press releases disseminated to the media; copies the daily press; carries out other duties following orders given by the Chief of the Bureau.

3. PR officer

Job description: Monitors and informs the public about the activities of the Government Prime Minister and other Government members on a daily basis; carries out administrative-technical duties concerning the preparation of the activity plans in ministries and government; contacts the media and journalists; provides and processes statistical and other data; photocopies daily press;  carries out other duties following orders given by the Chief of the Bureau.

4. Senior officer for general affairs

Job description: Coordinates the work between the Bureau, ministries and other administrative bodies, their PR officers, other organizational units within the Government’s Secretariat and the media; provides information to the users in a timely manner; keeps record of the Government’s Press Centre; carries out administrative-technical and general duties; carries out other duties following orders given by the Chief of the Bureau.

5. Technician

Job description: Looks after maintenance of the technical equipment in the Bureau and the Press Centre; looks after recording of the press conferences held in the Press centre; prepares and maintains Press conferences; delivers daily press for the Bureau; carries out other duties following orders given by the Chief of the Bureau.
