the solution for the issue of the access road for the company "PASS"
d.o.o. Bijeljina which employs 1,300 workers and exports its entire production", stated Prime Minister Savo Minić following a meeting with the
company's management.
"PASS" Company manufactures automotive parts and operates
in the area Ljeskovac within the City of Bijeljina where the workers have for years been facing difficulties entering and exiting the facility, particulary when turning off
the Bijeljina–Zvornik main road and joning it.
The Prime Minister underlined that this was a significant company
planning an 11 million BAM investment in its own funds, as well as an
increase in its staff to 2,000 employees.
"This company is a major industrial exporter; it plans an
investment of 11 million marks from its own funds and increase in the number of workers to 2,000
people. We wanted to understand the issue, which relates to the correspondence
between the company and the City of Bijeljina regarding solving the issue of the access road", Prime Minister said and added that the Government of Republic of Srpska funded the project and announced that the works would begin as early as next week which will contribute to the company's more stable operations and
increased capacity.
The Prime Minister further emphasized that a company that was employing a large number
of workers, regularly paying wages and collaborating with renowned European
and global firms deserved greater attention and the Government would step in to
resolve the issue.

Transport and Communications of Republic of Srpska Zoran Stevanović and the
