Prime Minister of Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković
together with the Minister of Labor and Veterans and the Disabled People’s Protection,
Danijel Egić, spoke today with representatives of the Organization of Amputees UDAS
of the Republic of Srpska as part of consultations on the preparation of the
budget of Republic of Srpska for the next year.
Prime Minister Višković presented the planned budget
projection for 2025 to the representatives of the UDAS, welcomed the activities
of this organization and added that the Government of the Republic of Srpska will
continue to support and assist their work.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the new budget foresees a certain increase in funds for the work of this organization, so that it
can continue to carry out its activities in the coming period. Prime
Minister Višković also praised the work of this association and added that they could always count on the help and support of the
Government.
It was emphasized during the meeting that the Government
and UDAS have had good cooperation in the past period, which would continue in
the coming period so that all planned projects can be successfully implemented.
Representatives of UDAS, led by the President of the
Board of Directors Siniša Todorović, presented suggestions and requests to
improve their work, but also the position of their users. They emphasized that
this organization carried out many projects related to which the Government provided them with assistance.
They thanked Prime Minister Višković for his support and emphasized that thanks to the support of the Government of Republic of Srpska, President of UDAS, Željko Volaš was participating in the international
conference on support for the mine victims which is being held in Cambodia.
