Prime Minister of Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković
spoke today in Banja Luka with the delegation of the Confederation of Trade
Unions of the Republic of Srpska led by the President of the Trade Unions Željko
Tepavčević.
The meeting focused on the current situation in the
real sector of Republic of Srpska, the position of workers and further
strengthening of social dialogue.
In an open conversation, the interlocutors agreed that there was a need to intensify the
dialogue with the aim of adopting general and branch collective agreements and finding solutions to improve the position
of workers in the real sector.
They also talked about ceratin open issues in "Railways
of the Republika Srpska", thermal power plants Gacka and Ugljevik, as
well as the current situation in the energy sector, metal industry, mining and
oil industry.
The meeting concluded that solutions
for overcoming all challenges should be sought through open dialogue.
