Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Savo Minić met today in Banja Luka with delegation of St. Petersburg led by Yevgeny
Dmitrievich Grigoriev, Chairman of the Committee for Foreign Affairs of St.
Petersburg.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that intensive
cooperation between the Republic of Srpska and St. Petersburg was of essential
importance for the two peoples who share common values and unbreakable historical and cultural ties.

Minić stated that the Government was firmly committed to further improve cooperation with St. Petersburg and was ready for all good ideas they could be jointly implemented in the future.
It was concluded that in the coming period, it was neceessary to be actively engaged on a plan to further intensify and expand
cooperation in all areas, so that existing relations can be further improved
through new projects.
Next year, two decades
since the signing of the Protocol on Cooperation between the Republic of Srpska
and St. Petersburg will be marked, cooperation which has yielded very successful results.
