Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Savo Minić
stated today in Teslić that the Government would continue its support for
development projects in this city and that citizens of Teslić shall be treated with due respect
in every sense by the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
Prime Minister Minić said that he came to Teslić at
the invitation of the Mayor and praised readiness of the city leadership to
cooperate with the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
“The Government of the Republika Srpska has allocated five million BAM alone since this Government and I took the office”, the Prime Minister said, adding that he had discussed with
Deputy Mayor Milovan Stanković and his staff the Government’s support in
solving the problems that rssidents of Teslic were facing.
He stated that this primary concern was construction of water management infrastructure, water plant and the water purifier, for which
funds from the Government of the Republic of Srpska have been approved and announced the Government’s assistance with regard to rehabilitation of two school buildings, the central school and
the regional school in Čečava.
The Government would also help rehabilitate the police station in Teslić and support the work om joining the CIPS and the
tax administration in one facility.
Prime Minister Minić specified that rehabilitation and categorisation of the road from Kotor Varoš to Teslić via Maslovare was planned and underlined that currently more than 300
kilometers of regional and main roads and several roundabouts were to be rehabilitated and that the city of
Teslić would also be included in this project.
During his visit to Teslić, the Prime Minister visited the kindergarten "Palčić", where he was acquainted with
the working conditions of this institution and the implementation
of the project which was in its final phase and announced that the remaining work would be ready for by September.
"Our goal is to help implement projects that meet the
needs of preschool education. We must always think about the youngest and
provide adequate standards”, Prime Minister
Minić said and pointed once more to the importance of creating safe
and high quality environment for children and providing support to parents.
“Caring for the youngest should always be a priority.
We must be responsible and serious and provide them with everything they need
for a safe stay, proper development and success in education”, the Prime
Minister Minić said and added that implementation of this project would improve the
conditions for preschool education and expand the capacities intended for
children from Teslić area.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska also
visited the local football Club “Proleter”, which this
year celebrates 100 years since its foundation and on this occasion said that the Government would provide support for the works on the stadium, which are in the
final phase.
"We need to make a significant contribution here.
More than two hundred young people are here in all selections, from
pioneers to seniors, and it is certain that nowadays this is an oasis of healthy
life, healthy body and healthy spirit, so the Government gives this its absolute
support", Prime Minister Minic emphasized.
At the beginning of today's visit to Teslić, Prime
Minister Savo Minic visited the Church of the Holy Trinity in Teslić, where he
lit a candle and laid a wreath in front of the plaque on which the names of 550
Serbian soldiers who died in the Patriotic War are engraved.
