Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Savo Minić spoke today in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of Switzerland to BiH, Gabriele Derighetti.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prime Minister Minić thanked the Ambassador of Switzerland to BiH for the continuous support and assistance that Switzerland provided to Republic of Srpska through various projects especially in the areas of local development and economy.

The interlocutors discussed about many issues relevant for the improvement of relations between the Republic of Srpska and Switzerland and expressed belief that these relations will be further intensified in the coming period with special emphasis on opportunities for expanding business activities and  joint efforts.

In this context, the importance of cooperation between competent institutions and the education system was emphasized, in order to further align educational profiles and programs with the needs of the economy and business sector to support development initiatives of common interest. 

Prime Minister Minić and Ambassador Derighetti also exchanged opinions on the current situation in the Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region and other important topics.
