Department of Justice performs administrative, supervisory, analytical and personnel activities related to:
- organization and work of judicial institutions,
- administrative supervision of judicial administration,
- provision of assistance in training of judges and prosecutors,
- organization of bar examinations,
- processing of the requests of domestic and foreign courts and other state institutions in connection with the provision of international legal aid,
- extension of expert opinions on international treaties concluded with regard to extension of legal aid in civil law,
- active participation in drafting and enactment of laws within the competence of the department,
- adoption of bylaws necessary for implementation of laws and other activities related to valid applicable laws.
