PIFC is comprehensive system of internal controls that each budgetary user has to establish in order to achieve the legal, transparent, effective and efficient fulfillment of its goals.
The concept of PIFC includes the Financial Management and Control, the Internal Audit and the Central Harmonization Unit.
CENTRAL HARMONIZATION UNIT (CHU)
CHU is the basic organizational unit of the Ministry of Finance in charge of coordinating the establishment of the Financial Management and Control and the function of the Internal Audit.
