Ministry of transport and communication's vision is the Republic of Srpska with a modern, well-built infrastructure which is connected with the neighbouring countries in a comfortable and economic manner.
Ministry’s priorities:
• Drafting a law and by-laws on roads,
• Rehabilitation of ports which are important for the economy and traffic in the Republic of Srpska,
• Harmonisation of projects nominated for the Stability pact on the State level,
• Drafting legal acts on the railway transport,
• Implementation of loans for the reconstruction of railways in the Republic of Srpska,
• Drafting by-laws on the inland waterways,
• Enabling of DCVP/RS for taking over the control of the part of the airspace in BiH
