The Minister of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska, prof. Draga Mastilović PhD, visited today the Public Institution Center for Socio-Political Research of the Republic of Srpska, where he spoke with Director Dušan Pavlović about the activities and results of this institution.

During the meeting, the importance of scientific research related to the analysis of social, political, and historical processes of significance for the Republic of Srpska was emphasised. Special attention in the work of the Center is devoted to the preparation of analyses and materials that are useful to both the professional community and the wider public, as well as to decision-makers.

The Director of the Center, Dušan Pavlović, presented the key areas of the institution's work, including geopolitical and security issues, constitutional matters, as well as the organisation of scientific conferences, panel discussions, and publishing activities. He stressed that the Center places particular emphasis on international communication and that research results are published in several languages.

Minister Mastilović highlighted that the work of the Center contributes to a better understanding of topics important to the Republic of Srpska, and that the Ministry will continue to support this institution in the coming period with the aim of further strengthening its role in the scientific research and social life of the Republic of Srpska.
