The 26th International Exhibition of Ideas, Innovation and Creativity "Inost Youth 2024" was opened in Banja Luka, and visitors will be able to see over 400 exhibits, with the participation of 500 exhibitors, primary and secondary school students, students, innovators and organizations from the Republic of Srpska, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Russia.
The event at Dom omladine will last until April 25, when the award ceremony and the announcement of the winners are planned.
Zoran Bjelajac, Assistant Minister for Scientific and Technological Development of Srpska, said that the Government of Srpska and the relevant ministry will continue supporting not only this event but also all others that deal with innovation and science.
He invited the exhibitors and young innovators to apply for another contest of the relevant ministry for the best technological innovation, which lasts until May 5, and to try to realize their innovations.
- The Government of Srpska will continue to provide support through the development of the unique eco-system of the Republic of Srpska. The crown of that eco-system is the Science and Technology Park that was established in the Banja Luka University Campus and its construction will begin this year - said Bjelajac.
President of the Association of Innovators of the Republic of Srpska, Milovan Bajić, stated that the event is dedicated to the Day of the City of Banja Luka - April 22, as well as 170 years since the birth of the great Serbian and world scientist Mihajlo Pupin.
"Inost youth 2024" is organized by the Association of Innovators of the Republic of Srpska and the Association of Innovators of the City of Banja Luka.
