The Plan developed by the Ministry for Labour and Veterans for the year 2008 has envisaged the inaction of the new laws which cover the labour and employment issues: the law on the economic-social council of RS and the law on the strike.

In the field of the pension and invalid insurance: the law on modifications and amendments on the law on the pension – invalid insurance (in the extraordinary procedure), law on modifications and amendments of the law on the pension – invalid insurance (within the reform), law on exercising of the right for the age retirement designed for specific categories of population.

The sector of veteran – invalid protection has proposed the inaction of law on modifications and amendments of the Law on the Rights of the Veterans, Army Invalids and Families of the Fallen Soldiers – with the aim of improving the material status of the families of the deceased soldiers.
