Sector for planning, analyses, financing and projects implementation is in charge of preparing documentation for realization of projects according to the best practices of European Union, World Bank and UN organizations, including plans for procurement and financial arrangements and making of plans and strategies for implementation of approved programs and projects.
Also, activities towards preparation of final users (health institutions) are performed in order to implement programs and project in effective and in useful way, also the results of implemented programs and projects based on indicators are being monitored and evaluated, and new programs and projects are being suggested for improving the health system in the Republic of Srpska.
The department, along with other departments of the Ministry, is involved in planning and preparation of health policies, strategies, strategic operational plans, programs and projects. The department is involved in planning and preparation of laws and secondary legislation in order to improve and to harmonize health system in the Republic of Srpska, with regulatives, standards and normatives of the EU in the area of health protection and other.
