On 5 March 2026, the third cycle of the Public Servants' Capacity Building and Mobility Program – Program 3.0 was launched in Tirana, organized by the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) and the Italian National School of Administration (SNA), with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy. The program is aimed at bringing the Western Balkans Region closer to the common European administrative space through activities in the field of digital transformation, strengthening local capacities, management of EU funds and leadership development in public administration. In the coming period, thematic activities and expert support to participating institutions will be implemented.

A representative of the Ministry of European Integration and International Cooperation is participating in the program.
