​Anyone with sincere and good intentions towards the Republic of Srpska is always welcome to invest here, said Zlatan Klokić, Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Srpska in the RTRS Morning Program, summarizing the Dubai Investment Forum held in mid-June.

Klokić stated that a delegation from Dubai was expected to visit the Republic of Srpska at the end of October, where they would have the opportunity to discuss the implementation of many projects.

- We will talk about agriculture, infrastructure, and projects in the field of energy - said Klokić.

Klokić stated that the Republic of Srpska's geographical location enthused the Investment Forum participants.

- They are truly enthused by the environment in the Republic of Srpska and its nature. They are also very surprised by the good climate for investing in the Republic of Srpska - noted Klokić.

Klokić says that during their visit to Srpska, he would introduce them to the benefits available to our investors.

Klokić states that during the Investment Forum, he spoke with many participants in Dubai and tried to introduce the Republic of Srpska to them.

- They see no obstacles such as being small for them, they want to make contact despite that. The Republic of Srpska was the guest of honor at this forum and I would like to thank them for that - said Klokić.

As a reminder, at the Dubai Investment Forum held in mid-June, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Srpska's Government and the Al Matiya Investment company from the United Arab Emirates.

The Memorandum provides for cooperation in developing business relations and presenting investment opportunities in the Republic of Srpska to companies from the UAE and the rest of the world doing business in the Emirates. The Republic of Srpska was the guest of honor at the forum, which was attended by more than 100 business people and company owners from around the world.
