​Failure to adopt the Reform Agenda decelerated markedly the economic growth of BiH, said Zlatan Klokić, Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Srpska, as a guest on our Morning Program.

- On the other hand, our indicators show that it has been growing in Srpska year after year - said Klokić.

As a reminder, four FBiH cantons with the majority gathered around the SDA did not support the Reform Agenda, thus preventing the first tranche of 70 million euros intended for BiH from the Growth Plan for the Balkans. The American Embassy blamed the Republic of Srpska for the blockade.

- In the American Embassy, when they wake up in the morning and look out the window, whether it is raining, snowing or the sun is shining, they blame the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik - said Klokić.

He added that out of 112 measures, the Republic of Srpska has adopted and agreed on 110, and that the remaining two were the red line that the Republic of Srpska could not cross.

- The issue of foreign judges in BiH Constitutional Court should be resolved, and appointing judges from the Republic of Srpska discussed only then. That Constitutional Court always makes decisions that are detrimental to the Republic of Srpska, and that makes it clear that they are politically motivated - said Klokić.
