The Minister of State Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Serbia, Jelena Žarić Kovačević and the Minister of State Administration and Local Self-Government, Senka Jujić, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two ministries within today's All-Serbian Parliament.
The agreement was signed with the aim of strengthening the partnership and establishing a dynamic framework for sustainable and dynamic cooperation in the field of public administration reform and local self-government, as well as improving the planning and implementation of projects in local self-governments with coordination and obtaining donor support for projects of local importance.
"By signing the agreement, the two ministries are continuing the long-standing cooperation of exchanging good practice and experience in the reform of public administration," said Minister Jujić.
️The goal of the signed Memorandum is the exchange of good practice and normative solutions between the signatories, the exchange of experiences and the provision of expert support in planning, preparation and implementation of projects, as well as the exchange of publications and other professional literature, including other forms of cooperation.
"On the basis of this agreement, our two ministries will have the opportunity to cooperate in the field of public administration, but also in other areas that follow new trends, such as digitization and training of personnel working in our administrations," said Minister Žarić Kovačević.
