The Ministry of Administration and Local Self-Government, with the support of the project "Improving the Management of the Public Finance System in BiH - PFD", financed by the Slovak Republic and implemented by the United Nations Development Program in BiH (UNDP BiH), is organizing a two-day workshop on the topic "Introduction of the Financial Management System and control in local self-government units in the Republic of Srpska", which is being held today and tomorrow (October 5 and 6, 2023) in Banja Luka, East Sarajevo and Bijeljina, for officials from local self-government units who gravitate to these regional centers.

The training is intended for managers and officials in local self-government units who are engaged in the establishment of the Financial Management and Control (FMC) system in local self-government units.

The training program is designed so that after its completion, the participants are expected to be familiar with the legislative framework related to the implementation of the FUK system in the Republic of Srpska, understand the process of mapping business processes, associated sub-processes, risk identification and creating a risk register, as well as that they can apply the acquired knowledge and use the materials developed for the workshops in the process of preparing and creating the aforementioned documents.
