The Government of the Republic of Srpska passed today
during its 99th session held in Banja Luka, a Decision on amendments
to the Decision on the Guarantee Program of Economic Support for mitigating the
consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska passed
following the proposal of the Management Board of the Compensation Fund, a
Decree on the procedure for allocation of funds to enterprises that provide
accommodation services, travel agencies and artists to address the financial
losses due to the consequences of the corona virus pandemic.
The Decree stipulates that the funds from the
Compensation Fund of the Republic of Srpska shall be provided to enterprises which are entitled to such a type of assistance for the purpose of regular
settlement of obligations towards workers for social contributions and other tax
obligations.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska approved
today the Draft Law on the Students’ Standards of Living.
This Law regulates the rights, obligations and
responsibilities of students in the field of the living standards, establishment and types of institutions for students standrdas of living, organization and work of student accommodation institutions,
employees in the institution, financing, supervision over the implementation of
this law, as well as other issues pertaining the students standard of living.
The reason for passing the new Law on Student Living Standard is the need to create equal conditions and equal opportunities for
all students in the Republic of Srpska. The adoption of this law would create
the basic preconditions for more successful education of students in the
Republic of Srpska.
The Government of the Republika Srpska has approved
the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Student Organizations.
The reason for adopting amendments to this Law is that
in four year time since the adoption of the Law, its application in practice has
shown that certain legal solutions need to be regulated more precisely or
clearly or in a different way.
Also, the reason for passing the amendments to the Law
is contained in the need to harmonize it with the new Law on the Republic
Administration.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska has adopted a
Decision on accepting the donor funds of the Government of the Republic of
Serbia in the amount of 20,000,000.00 EUR (39,116,600.00 BAM) within the
cooperation mechanism under the Agreement on Special and Parallel Relations between the Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Serbia, for addressing
the consequences caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska passed a
Decree on the methodology of storing, buying off and disposing of the items seized
in the course of inspection procedure. The Decree prescribes the methods of storing, buying
off, destroying, disposing and other types of managing of goods seized in the
inspection procedure.
