Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska, Radovan Viskovic, was born on 1 February 1964 in Milici where he finished primary school.
After graduation form the Faculty of Traffic Engineering in Sarajevo in 1990, Mr. Viskovic started working as an Assistant Lecturer at the same Faculty in Sarajevo.
After the war, Mr. Viskovic came to Milici where he worked as the Executive Director of "Traffic" unit within the company "Boksit" a.d. Milici.
Mr. Viskovic obtained a PhD Title at the Faculty of Traffic Engineering in Doboj in 2015.
In 2015, Mr. Viskovic was elected Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Traffic Engineering in Doboj, University of East Sarajevo.
Mr. Viskovic has been a Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska since 2006 until his election for the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska on 18 December 2018.
During the 2014 – 2018 term, Mr. Viskovic has been the Head of SNSD Caucus in the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska.
Mr. Viskovic is the Vice President of SNSD.
Mr. Viskovic is married and a father of two.
