The RS Government passed today at its 10th session the Directive amending the Directive on Setting the Registration Area for Determining Single Reference Number.
Article 2 of the Directive on Setting the Registration Area for Determining Single Reference Number, No. 04/1-012-2-542/13 dated April 2, 2013 (“Official Gazette of the Reublic of  Srpska“ , No. 27/13) is amended by new articles 2а and 2b which read as follows:
“Article 2a”
1) Implementation of this Article shall be carried out by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Srpska and the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
2) The fifth group of numbers of the single reference number (combination of gender and the ordinal number for persons born on the same day) are determined in accordance with Article 6 of the Law in the manner that male persons are allocated a number starting from 000-499 and female persons a number from 500 to 999 for the registration area as set by this Directive along with implementation of Module 11 under Article 7 of the Law on Single Reference Number. 
“Article 2b”
This Directive shall apply by the time the Law on Changes and Amendments to the Law on Single Reference Number is adopted.
The Directive shall come into force the following day from the day of publication in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska“.
The Government adopted the Proposal of the Strategy for Road Safety in the Republic of Srpska in the period of 2013-2022.
The strategic objectives of this Strategy are aimed at enhancing the existing resources and building of new capacities and reducing the risk of driving by using systematic approach based on five pillars in the areas of traffic safety management, safer roads and safer driving, safer vehicles, safer drivers and safer care upon accidents.
The above stated objectives are intended to reduce the number of casualties and seriously injured persons in traffic accidents, to increase the use of safety belts and other systems of protection as well as the speed management on urban streets and open roads, to reduce the number of intoxicated drivers, improve road safety, education and traffic information campaigns for all traffic users and overall traffic education and training.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska adopted the Draft Strategy for development of the Main Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska in the period of 2013-2015.
This Strategy sets the principles, strategic and operational goals and activities which should ensure further development of the Main Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska in order to improve the system of public finances management and maintain economic and fiscal stability of the RS.
The RS Government adopted the Decision approving the work program of the Agency for Accreditation of Higher Education in the RS in 2013.
The Government of the RS passed a decision which establishes the common interest for construction of transformer stations and adjacent power transmission lines on the territory of the municipality of Doboj.
The Government adopted the Decision which establishes the common interest for construction of the bridge over the Sava River in Gradiska on the section of E-661 motorway, Gradiska – border crossing with Croatia.
The Government passed the Decision on assigning the concession to a business company “MG MIND” d.o.o. Mrkonjic Grad for detailed geological explorations of technical construction stone in the exploration area “Ljubic” in Prnjavor municipality and the Decision on allocation of concession for using agricultural land owned by the Republic of Srpska to the company “Gold MG d.o.o. Donji Zabar.
